SHIPPING POLICY
Most apparel is made to order and typically ships in 5–10 business days. Carrier transit time begins after production. Tracking is emailed when the package ships. Free shipping applies only when the active order threshold is met.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Made-to-order apparel cannot be returned or exchanged for size selection or change of mind. Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos for a replacement or refund after review.
Only purchases explicitly labeled ready-stock and eligible for 14-day returns on their product page qualify for size or change-of-mind returns. Contact us within 14 days of delivery; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Current apparel listings are made to order, so this ready-stock allowance does not apply to them.
REFUND POLICY
Approved refunds return to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
ORDER TRACKING
Your shipping confirmation will include a carrier tracking link. Tracking activates after the carrier scans the package.

Use the product-page size guide before ordering. Colors may vary slightly by screen. Wash printed apparel cold and inside out.
