Returns & exchanges
Contact us within 14 days of delivery for eligible unworn, unwashed merchandise with original packaging. Made-to-order, personalized and final-sale items may be excluded.
Start a request
Email your order number, the item and your reason for returning it to beuhleesanime@gmail.com. For a damaged or incorrect item, include photos. Contact us before sending an item back so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Refunds
Approved refunds return to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your download has not arrived or you cannot open it, contact support with the email address used for your order and your order number.
